HEALTH CARE SUPPORT SERVICES  is a CQC registered Home Care Agency which has been established to respond to the needs of our clients & covering out of hours support since 2002

We are an independent care agency providing care to clients in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis

We provide care services to clients; who, because of increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs. Our services are undertaken by our team of trained and experienced specialist staff.    Your needs for care and support are identified through an assessment; this may involve the Care Manager from the Local Authority or our operations team. ………….We provide care services to both the private and public sectors,

Description of Our Services and Facilities Services Offered

Personal Care & support,

Light domestic duties, Shopping & social interaction

The Facilities are provided for ……………Independent Self funding Clients Social Care  contracts team, Hospice Services Rehabilitation  services  Supported living service

Care staff work on a rota system which ensures that the service is staffed by the appropriate number and skill mix, including weekends and public holidays.

The staff allocated to support you will be chosen in order to match their skills with your needs, and also to minimise travelling distances in order to support good time attendance. In addition to the direct support staff the Registered Manager works 40 hours per week, most of which should be in addition to the levels displayed.

In certain circumstances the manager may be included within the staffing levels described.  Staffing levels may be changed at the discretion of the Manager if there are New employees who are inducted to the Organisation  They will be working alongside an experienced Support worker on shadowing duties to be introduced to the client and build the trust with the client.   All employees receive annual training in health and safety matters such as moving and handling, fire awareness and procedures, adult protection issues, and a range of other matters.

We provide care services to both the private and public sectors.

Health Care Support Services aims to provide a bespoke package of care and support that contributes to the overall health and well-being of our clients, whilst incorporating individual needs, and preferences.    

We work in partnership with Social care teams and health professionals, to support our clients in maximising their full potential by promoting independence and Monitoring their general well being and  wherever possible, participation within our local community.
Before we can deliver services and in order to meet our client’s needs, we ensure that a full care needs assessment is carried out and a detailed plan of care is agreed to satisfy our clients’ needs and are thoroughly re-assessed as often as required to ensure that the care and support provided has the flexibility to respond to any change of needs.
